The Site serves as a portal for submitting funding requests and learning about our services. Submission of a funding request does not constitute a commitment to fund, nor does it guarantee approval.

To submit a funding request, you must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to enter into binding agreements. You affirm that all information provided in your application is true, accurate, and complete to the best of your knowledge.
4. Funding Requests & Underwriting
All funding requests are subject to underwriting review. BCH Lending reserves the right to approve, decline, or condition any request at its sole discretion. Underwriting decisions are typically provided within 24 hours but are not guaranteed within any specific timeframe. Terms, conditions, and fees associated with any approved funding are disclosed as part of the underwriting decision.
5. No Legal or Financial Advice
Information provided on this Site is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, financial, investment, or tax advice. You should consult with qualified professionals regarding your specific transaction and circumstances.
6. User Conduct
You agree not to: (a) submit false or misleading information in any funding request; (b) attempt to interfere with the security or operation of the Site; (c) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; or (d) scrape, copy, or redistribute Site content without authorization.
