Blasini Management LLC was built to acquire and operate real estate — multifamily houses, RV parks, and mobile home communities. As operators, we lived the same frustration every wholesaler, investor, and agent lives with: the deal is ready, the seller is ready, and the earnest money deposit is the only thing standing between you and a closed transaction.
Traditional lenders take days — sometimes weeks — to "review a file." In that window, sellers lose confidence, deals fall apart, and the operator who found the opportunity walks away empty-handed. We lost deals this way. Then we stopped losing them.
We built an underwriting engine that reads a transaction the way an operator reads it — fast, structural, and focused on the exit. We started funding our own EMD. Then our network started asking. Then their networks started asking. BCH Lending is the institutional answer to a problem we personally lived through — and there's more to the model than speed. The real differentiator is how we read the deal. But that's a conversation for when you submit one.
